Suggested publicity schedule for Cafe Reason events

In a meeting on June 16th 2012 - and rather in the context of workshops
I think - we decided on

1. putting an entry in the 'diary' page of the
cafereason.com website as soon as the date for the event is confirmed.

2. emailing the list 2-3 weeks before the event, and

3. sending a reminder 1 week before the event.

In April 2011 we decided, in the context of organising Diamond Nights to

1. putting an entry in the 'diary' page of the
cafereason.com website as soon as the date for the event is confirmed.

2. send an email to the mailing list 2-3 weeks before
the event, and

3. send a second, reminder email a few days before the event.
